This will allow for Borough Residents to meet and maintain compliance with Borough Property Maintenance Ordinances.

The need was identified when some residents expressed the lack of tools or funding to access tools to maintain their lawn, home and/ or property.

A community tool lending library works very similar to a regular library.  A resident signs up for a free membership (including liability and waiver forms).  They are then granted the privilege of borrowing or reserving tools from the library.  

Please consider donating working lawn mowers, weed eaters and other small tools to our community library for lending purposes.
